From the food writer for the Macon Telegraph. Use a very good milk such as Brown Swiss for a richer drink and also use the
good vanilla. This is one place where it will make a difference.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk [raw certified brown swiss or gurnsey is best]
1 teaspoon honey [can use agave]
1 drop vanilla [use a good quality]
1 pinch ground cinnamon
Procedure:
1. Heat the milk until very hot but not boiling.
2. Pour into a mug.
3. Add the rest or the ingredients then mix well.
4. Serve immediately.
