Jessie's Key Lime Pie

A Dagwood called a Chivito from the Olive Market in Conn. WARNING It is as messy as a real Philly Cheesesteak.
Hint.

1 Portuguese roll
Mayonnaise
1 slice of Black Forest ham

Procedure:

Fry the bacon in a hot skillet. Remove bacon, drain. Let fat in skillet.

Flatten the filet mignon until it fits then salt and pepper it on both sides, Fry. Remove when cooked.

Fry the egg, removing the egg when the yolk is sunny side up or in our terms "Dippy"

Slice and toast the hard roll. Spread mayonnaise on both sides.
