From TOH's Winning Recipes

Ingredients:

8 boneless pork chops [3/4 inch thick]
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
14.5 ounces chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1 small onion, chopped
10 ounces frozen peas
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme, dried

Procedure:

IN a large skillet over medium heat, brown chop in oil. Drain.

Add rest of ingredients. Place chops over rice mixture.

Bring to boil. Reduce heat.

Cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender.

Serving Size:

8 servings

Return to meat, fish and poultry
