1 bunch radishes
1 bunch scallions
1 head lettuce, hearts
French dressing
1. Slice radishes very thin [use the mandolin but be careful ok?] Marinate them in the dressing.
2. Chop up just the white part of the scallions. Add to radishes. Let sit about 1 hour.
3. Place on lettuce and if needed add more dressing.
