SERVES 4 , 1 1/2 cups
1 cup white beans, Cooked or soybeans
1 hardboiled egg, sieved
2 medium onions, chopped
salt
1 tablespoon salad oil
pepper
1 teaspoon brewer's yeast
soya sauce (optional)
1. In a food processor or food mill, grind or mince beans until fine.
2. Saute onion in oil until well browned.
3. Mix beans, onion, yeast and egg.
4. Season to taste.
5. Added soy sauce will darken the mixture to give it a liver-like color.
6. Serve on bread or crackers.
