SERVES 6
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
3 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
9 inches pie shells, unbaked
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the remaining ingredients.
4. Pour into your pie shell and bake for 10 minutes.
5. Lower heat to 350F and bake for 30 minutes more or until set.
