1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt, optional
1 1/4 cup Sugar, DO NOT USE SUB FOR SUGAR
1/2 tsp almond extract [can also use other flavors]
1 tsp vanilla extract if using plain as suggested
1/4 cup eggbeaters, optional
2/3 cup fat free plain yogurt
fat free milk, optional.
No brainer. Mix all dry together except the yogurt. I sift.
Make a well in the center then add the liquids including the yogurt. Mix until well blended [should be shiny] NOW is when
you check consistancy and add a bit of fat free milk if needed.
Spray a 8X8 pan with pan release spray aka Pam. Bake at 350 for 30 or 35 minutes.
