4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp butter
1 1/2 cup milk
Cinnamon
Unbaked
9 inch pie shell
Mix flour and sugar together. Place in shell.
Heat the
milk and the butter, stir constantly until butter just melts [use a good rich milk if you can get it such as Brown Swiss or
raw certified--- Phil's note]
Pour into shell on top of flour mix. Stir gently with a wooden spoon
to mix. Add more milk to fill pie within 1/2 inch of top of crust.
Sprinkle on top with cinnamon.
Bake
at 400F for 40 minutes.
