Jessie's Key Lime Pie

This recipe was from the current issue of Penn Lines

1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecan
2 cups chopped peeled apples
powdered sugar
 
In large bowl beat sugar and eggs together until well blended. 
 
In another bowl stir in flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.  Fold in the apples and nuts.
 
Stir dry mixture into liquid until well blended.
 
Pour into a 9 X 13 inch baking pan.  Bake at 350F for 60 ,mins.  Cool on wire rack, when cooled to room temp dust with powdered sugar.
