Jessie's Key Lime Pie

From Clean Eating Magazine.  A fruit Mojito without the alcohol for those hot summer days.

3 or 4 blackberries [fresh]
3 or 4 blueberries [fresh]
3 or 4 raspberries [fresh]
8 to 12 fresh mint leaves
Juice of one lime
1 1/2 ounce mint honey [or agave] syrup
Crushed ice
Soda Water or Seltzer water
mint for garnish

In a 12 ounce highball, muddle berries, mint, lime juice, and mint honey syrup.  Fill with crushed ice.  DO NOT USE CUBES

Stir until ice is reduced by a third.  Then top with more crushed ice and stir until glass begins to frost.

Spritz with water and stir once to mix.  Garnish with mint and swizzle stick.

Stir occasionally.

Syrup:  Dissolve one part clover honey [or Agave  I like Agave because honey always seemed heavy to me] to equal parts of hot water with a few mint leaves.  Allow to cool then use.
